Meet Leon

Fitness has always been a part of my life, but it became my calling when I realized I could use it to make a real difference in the lives of others. I’m a three-time Boston Marathon qualifier, a plant-based athlete, and someone who thrives on versatility—whether it’s strength training, conditioning, distance running, or simply moving with purpose.

 

My faith plays a huge role in who I am and how I lead. I believe that health goes far beyond physical appearance—it’s about building strength from the inside out. That’s why my goal as a trainer is to help as many people as I can live healthier, happier lives through movement, mindset, and community.
